Role: Senior Electrical Project Manager – Industrial Projects
Location: Hybrid role
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + Paid Overtime

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in industrial projects and a passion for delivering quality outcomes from concept to completion?
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our growing Sydney team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead major industrial electrical projects across Sydney and regional NSW while working with some of Australia’s most recognised manufacturing brands.

About the RoleAs a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, including:

• Project design and planning
• Construction and installation management
• Commissioning and testing
• Client handover and project close-out
• Resource planning and team coordination
• Stakeholder and client management
• Identifying future project opportunities and supporting business growth

Unlike many traditional project management roles, this position requires someone who is comfortable remaining hands-on and actively involved on site when required. We are looking for a leader who can combine technical expertise with strong project delivery and client relationship skills.
Our Clients: You’ll work on exciting projects for leading manufacturing and industrial clients. 

The role will involve occasional travel throughout regional NSW to support project delivery and client engagement.
About the Team:
You’ll be joining a well established and growing Sydney operation consisting of:

• 15 Electricians
• 3 Apprentices
• 2 Project Managers (1 Senior, 1 Junior)

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior leadership position within a collaborative and highly skilled team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience as a Electrical Project Manager
• A Grade NSW Electrical License
• A strong maintenance electrician who has progressed to coming off the tools
• Strong industrial electrical project experience
• Proven ability to manage projects from design through to commissioning and handover
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Business development capability and the confidence to identify and discuss future opportunities with clients
• A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to be involved on-site when required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
