Responsibilities

• Define & execute the global systems and software engineering strategy aligned with company product & business goals.
• Partner with Product Management, Hardware Engineering, and Quality to deliver integrated solutions.
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle for safety-related systems and software, including requirements, architecture, design, implementation, integration, and verification.
• Guide system and software architecture decisions for scalability, maintainability, and safety.
• Implement effective development processes. toolchains and workflows.

 
Your Background/Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Systems/Software Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in software/systems engineering including 7 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience delivering safety-related systems in aerospace/automotive/rail/robotics.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, real-time software and systems integration.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale global engineeringorganizations.
