Seeking an experienced Export Officer to join a growing business!
The Company
Are you an experienced export professional looking to join a supportive and growth-focused team? A well-established, family-run logistics company based in Tullamarine is seeking a proactive and reliable Export Officer to support their expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Handle end-to-end export processes including bookings, documentation, and compliance
- Manage airfreight, LCL and FCL shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers to coordinate shipments
- Use CargoWise to manage and track shipments
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence
About You
- Previous experience in export operations, particularly airfreight, LCL and FCL
- Strong working knowledge of CargoWise
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
