We are partnering with a well known Australian favourite who are undergoing a significant transformation across its supply chain network.

This is a great opportunity to lead our clients full logistics operation with full accountability of their multi-site, highly automated distribution network, where the focus is on enhancing performance, driving operational excellence, and building a best in class logistics function.

This role will suit a proven logistics leader who enjoys operating in complex, fast paced environments and has a track record of delivering large scale transformation in highly automated operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations across multiple sites nationally
• Drive performance across a network of automated DCs, improving throughput, accuracy, and service levels
• Identify and execute operational improvements to stabilise and optimise a challenged network
• Build and lead high-performing leadership teams across each site
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across supply chain, retail and commercial functions
• Implement best practice processes across safety, cost, service, and efficiency
• Lead change and transformation initiatives across systems, people, and processes

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior logistics / warehouse leadership role (GM / Head of level)
• Strong background managing multi-site distribution networks, ideally within retail, FMCG, or eCommerce
• Experience working within highly automated environments (e.g. ASRS, robotics, sortation systems)
• Demonstrated success in turnaround, transformation, or performance improvement environments
• A hands-on, visible leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving both service and cost outcomes
