About the Company
This well-established Australian manufacturer and service provider for top quality health care equipment. With a strong growth trajectory and a purpose-driven culture, the organisation is investing in its leadership capability and operational frameworks to ensure safety and well being remain at the heart of everything it does.

You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and operational managers to drive improvement in safety performance, engagement, and capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance the national WHS framework, ensuring compliance with legislation, ISO standards, and industry best practice.
  • Implement consistent safety processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms across all sites.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to embed a proactive, risk-based safety culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement through audits, data insights, and root cause analysis.
  • Oversee injury management, rehabilitation, and well being programs.
  • Support and mentor a team of regional safety professionals and site champions.
  • Act as the key liaison with regulators and external auditors.

About You
You are a proactive and pragmatic safety leader who has the capability to build best in class processes and systems from scratch in a multi-site environment. You combine operational credibility with the ability to influence, educate, and engage at every level of the organisation.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Risk, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading WHS across distributed or multi-site operations.
  • Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and systems development.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing or uplifting existing safety frameworks.
