We’re partnering with an exciting, fast-growing retail brand that’s continuing to evolve and scale. With a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence, the business is investing heavily in its supply chain capability and as part of this journey, we’re now looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Supply Chain to join the team.

Reporting directly to the Head of the Business, this is a key leadership hire that will play a vital role in shaping how the company delivers for its customers across warehousing, distribution, planning, and procurement. It’s a role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and leading change within a business that’s on an exciting growth trajectory.

The Role

This is a chance to take ownership of a supply chain that’s ready for its next evolution. You’ll be the driving force behind developing a customer centric, agile, and efficient operation, creating a supply chain that can scale with the business.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring the planning, fulfilment, and inventory teams.
• Designing and implementing a supply chain strategy focused on efficiency, service, and continuous improvement.
• Building strong, collaborative relationships across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Product.
• Managing the financial performance of the function, identifying opportunities to optimise cost and improve performance.
• Driving initiatives that enhance automation, technology, and process improvement.
• Creating a culture that values accountability, teamwork, and innovation.
• Manage all 3PL warehousing and transport partners with a strong focus on driving operational performance.

Your Background

You’ll be a hands on, commercially minded leader who knows how to balance strategy with execution. You enjoy working in fast paced, growing environments where you can make a real difference.
What you will bring:

• Strong end-to-end supply chain and operations experience, ideally within retail, FMCG, or consumer goods. E-Commerce would be highly desirable.
• A proven track record leading diverse teams and driving change.
• A collaborative leadership style, approachable, engaging, and good with people at all levels.
• The ability to use data and financial insight to make smart commercial decisions.
• Experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
