This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and becoming a genuine strategic advisor to customers.
Rather than focusing on cold business development, your success will come from strengthening existing relationships, increasing customer engagement and driving organic account growth across an established client base.
The Opportunity
As a key member of the business, you will inherit a portfolio of established customers and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
Working closely with the Director, you’ll gain exposure to broader business operations, commercial decision-making and strategic planning, making this an outstanding opportunity for someone seeking long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of established customer accounts
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue across existing customers
- Present tailored technology and communications solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial recommendations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and account management outcomes
- Coordinate service delivery and customer projects
- Support the Director across key commercial and operational initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans
About You
- Proven experience in Account Management, Relationship Management or B2B Sales
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Professional, proactive and highly organised
- Comfortable working within a growing entrepreneurial business
- Able to balance customer engagement with operational execution
- Telecommunications, technology, managed services or IT industry experience highly regarded
