This role will focus on residential & commercial markets and is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on driving new business growth.

The Role:
- Proactively identify, chase, and secure new business opportunities across residential and small commercial markets
- Deliver on budgeted financials and consistently exceed growth targets within the assigned territory
- Manage key accounts and monitor performance through regular reviews, market intelligence, and call planning
- Ensure effective price management, including implementing price rises and managing credits
- Utilise Salesforce CRM for reporting, pipeline management, and account planning
Your Background:
- Proven sales experience in the residential or commercial construction industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
- Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail
