The Role
 
This is a great opportunity for a graduate or someone with a couple of years experience in transport, logistics or supply chain to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

• Manage daily transport requirements from order receipt through to proof of delivery.
• Use transport management systems and optimisation tools to schedule, allocate and monitor freight movements.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure capacity, compliance and on-time performance.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues, helping maintain service levels and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data, including carrier rates, routes and site information.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, carriers and internal teams.

 
Your Background
 

• Some experience in transport, logistics, freight operations or supply chain, or a recent graduate looking to build a career in the industry.
• A strong interest in transport planning, scheduling and logistics operations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
• Must hold Australian permanent residency, New Zealand permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be eligible to apply.
