The OpportunityWorking closely with the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our site operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll help coordinate maintenance activities, support the wider maintenance team, and step into a leadership role whenever required. No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance operations.
• Coordinate and prioritise planned and reactive maintenance.
• Assist in leading and mentoring the maintenance team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Drive preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Assist with contractor management and project work as required.

About YouYou’ll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, leads by example, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in a maintenance or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude (trade qualifications are highly regarded).
• Leadership or supervisory experience, or a genuine desire to step into leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
