Maintenance Electrician – Day / Afternoon / Nights Available

Full-time | $50-55/hr + penalties + allowances + OT

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electricians to join a well-established food manufacturing operation based in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for a stable, long-term role in a fast-paced production environment.

Shifts 
6am-2pm Days
2pm-10pm Afternoon
10pm – 6am Nights

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Perform proactive and reactive electrical maintenance across production equipment
• Maintain and repair industrial machinery to minimise downtime
• Assist with site upgrades, projects, and risk assessments
• Troubleshoot faults and respond to breakdowns efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, guarding)
• Report regularly to maintenance leadership 

About You:

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent)
• Current electrical licence (QLD)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
• Experience with PLCs, VSDs, automation, and control systems (preferred)
• Experience using CMMS systems (desirable)
• Full Australian working rights
