Food Manufacturing | Full‑time | Permanent $45–$52/hr + penalties + OT – Multiple Shifts
We’re recruiting Maintenance Electricians for a major national food manufacturer offering strong hourly rates, modern facilities, and long‑term stability.

Base Rates – Maintenance Electricians
Day Shift: $46.90/hr
Afternoon Shift: $50.42/hr
Night Shift: $53.94/hr
Penalty rates apply for weekends and nights.
Shift Options – Choose a roster that suits your lifestyle:
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 3:20pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 11:20pm
- Night Shift Team A: Sun–Thu
- Night Shift Team B: Mon–Fri
- Weekend Crew: Thu–Mon
- All rosters include alternating RDOs for half the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative & reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
- Electrical fault‑finding across automated and PLC‑controlled machinery
- Support production teams to minimise downtime
- Maintain WHS, quality, and food‑safety compliance
- Assist with upgrades, CI projects, and reliability improvements
What You Bring:
- A‑Grade Electrical Licence
- FMCG or food manufacturing experience (essential)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- PLC/automation exposure beneficial
- A proactive, safety‑focused mindset
