Maintenance Electricians – Young, NSW Permanent Full-Time Opportunities 

$49–$57/hr + 15% Night Shift Loading

We are seeking multiple Maintenance Electricians to join a well-established food production facility in Young, NSW. Working within a modern processing environment, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining plant reliability, supporting production uptime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Electrical breakdown and preventative maintenance across production equipment
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on automated processing lines
• PLC and control system diagnostics
• Supporting planned shutdowns and maintenance projects
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Current NSW Electrical Licence (Essential)
• Experience in FMCG, food processing, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with automated equipment and control systems
• A proactive, safety-focused approach
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
