We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established maintenance team at a major production facility in Dinmore. The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance across production assets
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment
• Maintenance of conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Supporting plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting with shutdown and project work
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintaining maintenance records and completing work orders

About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner / Maintenance Fitter
• Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, meat processing, packaging or heavy industry
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with conveyors, pumps, hydraulics and pneumatic systems
• A proactive and team-focused attitude
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
