We’re seeking Maintenance Fitters to join a well-established maintenance team supporting a large-scale food manufacturing operation in Murray Bridge.

The Role As a Maintenance Fitter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, equipment performance, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities include:

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Fault finding and troubleshooting machinery
• Repairs to conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors and production equipment
• Continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
• Working collaboratively with electricians and operations personnel

What We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualified Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or industrial environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Commitment to safety and quality
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Reliable, accountable and willing to learn

Highly Regarded

• Food or FMCG experience
• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
• Welding and fabrication experience
• CMMS or maintenance management system experience
