Join a leading food manufacturer based in Brisbane and become part of a high-performing maintenance team supporting a fast-paced production environment. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Fitters to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshooting and fault-finding on mechanical systems
• Ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of machinery
• Working closely with production teams to optimise performance
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Adhering to strict food safety and WHS standards

About you:

• Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a maintenance fitter – any industry is considered!
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexible and willing to work across rotating shifts and overtime
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
