Are you a trade qualified Maintenance Fitter looking to join a well established food manufacturing business where your skills are valued and rewarded? We’re currently seeking experienced Fitters across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane to join high performing maintenance teams in modern, fast paced production environments.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of production and packaging machinery to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Typical duties include:

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance on mechanical and automated equipment
• Troubleshooting and fault finding on conveyors, fillers, pumps, and gearboxes
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Working collaboratively with electricians and production teams to keep operations running smoothly

About You To succeed in these roles, you’ll bring:

• Trade qualification – Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
• Proven experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (high-speed environment advantageous)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety and teamwork
