We are seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-performing maintenance team responsible for keeping a modern production facility operating at peak performance.

The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Preventative and reactive maintenance across production equipment.
Diagnosing and fault-finding mechanical breakdowns.
Servicing conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Assisting with machinery installations and continuous improvement projects.
Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime.
Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to food manufacturing standards.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner.
Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or automated production environments (preferred).
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
