Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing
(Full‑Time)Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + Super + Overtime
Roster: Monday to Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm (occasional 10:00am–6:00pm days)

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a high‑volume food manufacturing environment. This role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on mechanical and electrical work, thrives in a fast‑paced production setting, and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
About the Role: You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving a wide range of production and packaging machinery. The work is varied, essential to daily operations, and offers strong long‑term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactive and preventative maintenance across production lines
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and automation faults
• Servicing conveyors, mixers, ovens, pumps, motors and packaging equipment
• Completing maintenance logs, safety checks and compliance documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime

What You Bring

• Trade qualification: Maintenance Fitter, Electrician or Dual‑Trade
• Experience in FMCG, food, beverage or packaging manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding capability
• Ability to work safely within strict hygiene and compliance standards
• Comfortable with occasional roster variation (7–3 and 10–6)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
