Our client a leading Food and Beverage Systems Supplier are currently seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join the team based in Campbellfield. This role offers long-term career growth, and the opportunity to join a market leading business within Melbourne, Australia.

You will support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment including maintenance, troubleshooting and complex overhaul of machinery.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and respond promptly to emergency service requests to maintain optimal system performance.
• Deliver high-quality, professional service while ensuring clear and effective communication with customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment both on-site and through remote support.
• Provide technical assistance for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver basic operator training on equipment use and preventive maintenance best practices.

 
About You

• Mechanical trade qualified – open to newly qualified
• Experience working within food, liquid or beverage manufacturing
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements
• High level of customer focus, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• Open to travel to customer sites
