My client is an international manufacturer with operations across Australia and New Zealand. They are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to assist in operating a complex, safety-critical manufacturing site.
 
This role is based in North-West Melbourne.
 
The Role
 
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the responsibilities of the role includes:

• Managing capital projects: scoping, design, estimating, installation and commissioning
• Monitoring project costs, schedules and reporting progress to stakeholders
• Maintaining critical engineering documentation (P&IDs, hazard area dossiers, drawings)
• Providing engineering support to improve productivity, compliance and cost efficiency

Your Background
 
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

• Demonstrated experience in project delivery within chemical manufacturing or liquid process industries
• 7+ years Process Engineering experience within a manufacturing facility
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of MHF regulatory compliance and safety standards (highly regarded)
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
