Afternoon Shift (2:20 PM – 10:40 PM)

The Company
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the afternoon shift at a busy manufacturing site supplying into major construction and infrastructure projects.
You’ll be supporting a team of around 45 indirectly and supported by experienced Team Leaders. This is a people-first leadership role — keeping the shift running safely, hitting targets, and backing your team on the floor.

The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role overseeing the afternoon shift at a fast-paced, high-performing site. You’ll lead and mentor a large production team, drive operational standards, and play a hands-on role in delivering safety, quality, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the shift and being present on the floor
• Supporting and guiding Team Leaders and operators
• Making sure production targets are met
• Keeping standards high across safety and quality
• Troubleshooting issues and keeping things moving
• Driving a strong team culture and accountability
