Lead a Growing Team in a High-Impact Role

Join a national leader in construction and infrastructure supply, currently undergoing significant expansion. This is a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership role and drive operational excellence on the afternoon shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Leading and developing a team of 45
– You will have support of Team Leaders to help drive KPI’s
– Supporting and mentoring team leaders to deliver on targets
– Driving a culture of accountability, safety, and performance
– Collaborating with senior operations to implement improvements

– $120K base inclusive super + shift loading (Approx $136,071 inclusive of super & shift loading)
– 5% Quarterly (3 monthly) Incentive Bonus on top of salary (not guarenteed)

About You

– Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or similar “Made to Order” environments. 
– Strong communicator who leads by example
– Calm under pressure and confident in driving accountability
– Balances empathy with results-focused leadership
