About the Company
Our client is a large, multi-site Australian organisation undergoing a significant operational and technology modernisation. They are investing in new systems, upgraded equipment, and improved asset-management processes-creating a senior opportunity to lead one of their flagship transformation projects.

The Role
You will lead the national rollout of new technology, infrastructure upgrades, and operational processes across several facilities. This includes planning, delivery oversight, stakeholder management, and ensuring a smooth transition into improved ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, multi-site projects end-to-end
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and governance
• Oversee deployment of new equipment and digital tracking systems
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and internal change activities
• Engage senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout delivery

About You

• Strong project management experience in industrial, operational, logistics, or manufacturing environments
• Confident stakeholder communicator with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Background in commissioning, infrastructure rollout, or technology-enabled change
• Strong commercial, planning, and risk-management capability
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or similar
