Senior Project Manager – Customer Portal & D365 Integration

The Company
We’re partnering with a large Australian organisation undertaking a customer portal upgrade and ERP integration as part of a broader transformatiom. This is a business-critical, customer-facing program with strong executive visibility.

The Role
This is a senior Project Manager role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a customer portal upgrade integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365. While project management is the core focus, the role requires hands-on ownership of testing and go-live readiness to ensure quality outcomes and minimal customer disruption.

You will manage multiple suppliers, coordinate internal teams and business stakeholders, and operate within a structured central PMO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the customer portal upgrade and D365 integration
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Manage multiple vendors, system integrators, and internal teams
• Own testing activities including SIT and UAT coordination and defect management
• Ensure integration points between the portal, ERP, and downstream systems are validated
• Provide clear reporting and governance updates to senior stakeholders and the PMO
• Build a future customer portal roadmap aligned to business priorities
• Use Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for delivery and tracking

Your Background

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex IT or digital projects
• Strong exposure to testing and quality management within delivery roles
• Experience with ERP integrations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Confident managing suppliers and senior stakeholders
• Experience working within a PMO-governed environment
