The Company

We’re partnering with a national, asset-intensive supply chain business investing heavily in its operational capability. As part of a major customer transition and implementation program, the business is seeking an experienced Operational Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Delivery Manager, this role is critical to ensuring a complex operational program is delivered safely, on time, and with minimal disruption.

The Role

This is a hands-on Project Manager role focused on real-world operational delivery, not IT systems.

You’ll be responsible for:

• End-to-end delivery of a large, multi-site operational implementation
• Coordinating asset acquisition, tracking enablement, infrastructure installation and equipment commissioning
• Managing timelines, budgets, risks and reporting
• Working closely with customers, operations, suppliers and contractors
• Resolving issues quickly to avoid delays or disruption
• Ensuring safety, quality and operational standards are met

Your Background

You’re a practical, delivery-focused Project Manager with experience in operational or supply chain environments.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience delivering operational, logistics, manufacturing or FMCG projects
• Hands-on approach with physical assets, infrastructure or automation
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement under pressure
