The Role
- Develop and strengthen relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) contractors through consistent, proactive communication
- Manage and coordinate daily operations and workload planning to ensure seamless execution
- Provide exceptional customer service by overseeing client interactions, resolving escalations, and managing complaints effectively
- Monitor and analyse market trends, delivering timely industry insights to support strategic alignment across the business
Your Background
- Proven experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, with a focus on performance and relationship management
- In-depth understanding of the freight and logistics industry, supported by strong strategic and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ensuring alignment with HR and WHS compliance standards
