The Role

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) contractors through consistent, proactive communication
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations and workload planning to ensure seamless execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service by overseeing client interactions, resolving escalations, and managing complaints effectively
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, delivering timely industry insights to support strategic alignment across the business

Your Background

  • Proven experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, with a focus on performance and relationship management
  • In-depth understanding of the freight and logistics industry, supported by strong strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ensuring alignment with HR and WHS compliance standards
