$45–$52/hr + penalties + OT – Multiple Shifts

Available Roles

• Maintenance Electricians
• Maintenance Fitters

Supervisor Salary Range: $130,000 – $145,000 + super + overtime 
All roles are full‑time, permanent within a high‑volume food manufacturing environment.

Base Rates Maintenance Electricians:

• Day Shift: $46.90/hr
• Afternoon Shift: $50.42/hr
• Night Shift: $53.94/hr

Maintenance Fitters:

• Day Shift: $45.10/hr
• Afternoon Shift: $48.48/hr
• Night Shift: $51.87/hr

Penalty rates apply for weekends and nights.

Shift Options

Choose a roster that suits your lifestyle:

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 3:20pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 11:20pm
• Night Shift Team A: Sun–Thu
• Night Shift Team B: Mon–Fri
• Weekend Crew: Thursday–Mon

All rosters include alternating RDOs for half the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative & reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Electrical/mechanical fault‑finding across automated and PLC‑controlled machinery
• Support production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintain WHS, quality, and food safety compliance
• Assist with upgrades, CI projects, and reliability improvements

What You Bring

• Trade qualification (A‑Grade Electrician or Mechanical Fitter Cert III)
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience highly regarded
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• PLC/automation exposure beneficial
• Safety‑focused mindset
