We are partnering with a well-established and growing national business to appoint a QLD Distribution Centre Manager to lead a high-volume, high-SKU warehouse operation. This is a key leadership role reporting directly into senior leadership, with full accountability for site performance, team leadership, and operational excellence across a multi-site operation.

This role will suit a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and delivering best-in-class service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a large warehouse team, fostering a strong safety and performance culture
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, pick/pack and dispatch
• Drive operational efficiency, KPI performance, and cost control across the site
• Ensure best practice WHS compliance and a strong safety-first environment
• Optimise warehouse layout, processes, and systems to improve productivity and accuracy
• Manage inventory integrity, stock control, and service delivery to customers
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations and support growth

About You:

• Proven experience leading high-volume, pick/pack distribution centre operations
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to engage, coach and develop teams
• Sound understanding of WHS, transport, and warehouse best practice
• Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and driving performance outcomes
• Systems savvy (WMS exposure such as Pronto or similar advantageous)
• Resilient, hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
