Day Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday)
$55 – $60 per hour + Super + Overtime

Candidate – A Grade Electrical License with FMCG experience needed!

We are working with a leading food manufacturing company known for their commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join their team on a permanent day shift.

The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and machinery within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production lines
• Troubleshoot and fault-find on automated machinery and control systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety and food industry standards
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime

About You

• A-grade Electrical Licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (food industry highly regarded)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PLCs, automation, and control systems (desirable)
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
