Maintenance Fitters – AM & PM Shifts | $50/hr + Allowances + OT

Location: Alexandra Hills 
Shifts Available:

• AM: 6:00am – 2:06pm
• PM: 2:00pm – 10:06pm
• Pay: $50/hr + PM shift loading + weekend penalties + $20 weekly tool allowance
• Hours: Full‑time, 38 hrs/week + OT
• Type: Permanent

Join a well‑established food manufacturing operation with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and reliability. We’re looking for two experienced Maintenance Fitters to join the team in long‑term, secure roles offering excellent pay, consistent hours, and a supportive work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across food‑grade production equipment
• Preventative maintenance and breakdown response
• Metal and steel fabrication (including TIG)
• Working closely with production to maintain uptime and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and site standards

What You’ll Need

• Cert III Engineering – Mechanical / Fitter & Turner
• Experience in manufacturing (food or FMCG highly regarded)
• TIG welding / metal fabrication skills
• LF forklift licence (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence + reliable transport
• Permanent working rights (citizen or PR)
