Experiencing continued growth, particularly within their online operations, they are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of their fast-paced fulfilment centre.

The Role

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring OTIF delivery
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a warehouse team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Managing e-commerce fulfilment workflows, ensuring speed and accuracy across high order volumes
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and maintaining a safe working environment
• Planning labour and resources to manage peak periods and seasonal demand
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across operations, customer service, and management

Your Background

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Supervisor within a fast-paced, e-commerce or high-volume distribution environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, particularly e-commerce fulfilment
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing teams
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience
• Confident working with warehouse systems and reporting tools
• Current forklift licence (essential)
• Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a solutions-focused mindset
