The Role

• Own inventory accuracy across a high-volume warehouse operation, including cycle counts, stocktakes, and KPI performance
• Lead and develop a small team, driving a high-performance, detail-focused culture
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Optimise product slotting, warehouse layout, and inventory processes to improve efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally and support WMS improvements, reporting, and ongoing automation initiatives

Your Background

• Proven inventory management experience within a warehouse or similar environment
• Strong experience managing high SKU volumes in a complex or multi-site operation
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
• Strong systems capability (WMS) and advanced Excel skills; automation/RF experience preferred
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
