Rate – $57 dayshift – $71.25 afternoon shift (they pay 25% shift loading) + $74.10 nightshift
Type – Full Time, Permanent

About the Role
As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production lines. Working within a collaborative maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance across a modern manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance
• Troubleshoot PLCs, automation systems, and production machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Minimise downtime and respond quickly to breakdowns

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified Electrician (A-Grade or equivalent)
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-speed production environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems
• A proactive mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency
