We are partnering with a specialist engineering and project solutions business that delivers large scale infrastructure and material handling projects to major players across the mining and resources sector.
With a strong international presence and growing Australian operations, the business is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Contracts Manager to support the commercial delivery of complex projects across the local market.

Working closely with overseas stakeholders, internal technical teams and project delivery functions, this role will play a critical part in ensuring projects are commercially structured, negotiated and managed effectively from tender stage through to completion.

About the Role

This is a commercially focused position responsible for managing contracts, procurement activities and commercial risk across complex engineering and infrastructure projects.

You will partner closely with sales, engineering and project teams to support successful project execution, strong supplier performance and positive commercial outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution and administration
• Support tendering activities, pricing reviews and commercial submissions
• Work closely with overseas offices and internal technical teams to align commercial and project delivery outcomes
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risk across projects
• Review supplier and subcontractor agreements ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Support procurement and supplier engagement activities across major projects
• Provide commercial support and guidance to project delivery teams
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across local and international teams

About You

• Experience within Contracts Management, Commercial Management or Procurement within mining, engineering, construction or heavy industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of project delivery and contract administration within complex environments
• Experience working with technical and engineering teams on large scale projects
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
• Comfortable working across both local and international stakeholder groups
