Our client a leading Food and Beverage Systems Supplier are currently seeking a Workshop Technician to join the team based in Tullamarine. This role offers long-term career growth, and the opportunity to join a market leading business.
 
Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Cleaning machinery and test running machinery
• Provide technical support for mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
• Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
• Support internal teams (Sales, Spare Parts, and Projects) with technical expertise and service-related input
• Coordinate with internal teams and assist with cost estimates and service planning
• Adhere to all company safety policies, customer HSE standards, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a strong commitment to safe work practices at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the service team and customer needs

 
About You

• Mechanical trade qualified
• Experience within manufacturing – open to industries
• Proven experience servicing sanitary valves, pumps, heat exchangers, and related hygienic process equipment
• Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
