Recruitment Consultant OR Senior Consultant

We’re growing fast, winning new clients, and looking for a hungry, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to build a serious desk, earn strong commissions, and fast-track their career.

The Opportunity:

You will step into a high demand market with strong client relationships already in place.  This is a 360 role where you’ll own your desk end to end – from client development through to candidate management – with real autonomy and support from experienced leaders who bill and understand the grind.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (BD, client management & delivery)
• Building long term relationships 
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high quality candidates
• Growing and owning your own market vertical
• Negotiating fees, offers and managing multiple processes
• Building a personal brand in your market

 
What We’re Looking For:

• 0–5+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
• Strong work ethic and a genuine drive to earn well
• Commercial mindset — you understand that results = rewards
• Confident communicator who can deal with stakeholders
• Resilient, competitive and self-motivated
