The Role
 
This role is located at the organisation’s flagship site where you will develop, lead and manage a large QA function to support the business to achieve its operational and strategic goals.  Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the QA function and maintain an effective, compliant Quality Management System
• Establish an efficient QA operating model, structure, and governance framework
• Ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory, statutory, and industry requirements
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

 
Your Background

To be successful in this role you will have significant experience as a QA Manager within a high risk food manufacturing environment.  In addition you will be

• Tertiary qualified in Food Science, Microbiology or related fields.
• Experience in high growth organisation that operate in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in QA systems and processes to consistently meet standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
