Our client is a market-leading Tier 1 FMCG business with a strong national presence and a reputation for innovation, quality, and operational excellence. Are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join their high-performing supply chain team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional with strong import supply planning experience to take ownership of a diverse product portfolio and play a key role in driving service levels, inventory optimisation, and supply continuity across Australia and New Zealand.
 
The Role
 

• Managing rolling supply plans and order forecasts using advanced planning systems
• Reviewing and placing purchase orders to ensure continuity of supply
• Managing inbound sea and air freight shipments
• Coordinating interstate stock transfers to minimise out-of-stock risks
• Monitoring inventory performance and identifying supply risks and opportunities
• Preparing weekly reporting on stock cover, service levels, inventory risks and OOS performance
• Analysing forecast accuracy and recommending improvements to inventory and capacity planning strategies

 
About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Planning within an FMCG, manufacturing, retail or import-focused environment
• Strong import supply planning experience, including management of international suppliers and inbound freight
• Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends and make commercially sound decisions
• Experience working within a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation
• Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
