Lead one of Australia’s most loved dessert brands, driving campaigns, flavour innovation and growth for an iconic FMCG favourite loved nationwide

We’re exclusively partnering with a leading FMCG business in the desserts category to appoint a Brand Manager for one of Australia’s most loved and recognisable consumer brands.

This is more than a marketing role, it’s a chance to shape the next chapter of a true Aussie classic, driving brand growth through bold creative, meaningful partnerships, and flavour innovation that consumers can’t resist.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end-to-end project management for new product development and brand renovation, from concept and packaging through to commercialisation.
  • Own campaign development, briefing, managing, and executing ATL, digital, social, and trade marketing activity.
  • Drive annual brand planning, developing long-term strategies to strengthen brand equity and penetration.
  • Manage a significant A&P budget, ensuring strong ROI across media, sponsorships, and consumer-facing initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain and external agencies to deliver seamless launches.
  • Oversee quality, sustainability partnerships, and brand governance across all touchpoints.
  • Attend product trials and factory runs to bring innovation to life.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Brand Management within FMCG, ideally across food, beverage
  • Strong commercial and project management skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • A creative thinker who can interpret consumer insights and turn them into compelling campaigns.
  • Skilled in agency management and confident in evaluating creative ideas and media plans.
  • Data-driven mindset – comfortable using IRI, Nielsen, or similar to build insight-led recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – internally and externally.
