Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a stable role with a leading food manufacturing business?
We are currently recruiting for 2 x Maintenance Electricians to join a well-established food manufacturing operation in Hallam, with one position available on afternoon shift and one on night shift.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-volume manufacturing environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently.

The Role
Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for both reactive and preventative electrical maintenance across a modern food manufacturing facility.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Electrical fault finding and breakdown response
• Preventative and scheduled maintenance
• Diagnosing electrical faults across production machinery
• Working with motors, sensors, drives, PLCs and control systems
• Electrical repairs, modifications and installations
• Supporting production to minimise downtime
• Working safely within a high-risk manufacturing environment
• Contributing to continuous improvement and equipment reliability
• Completing maintenance records and following site procedures

About you
We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Electricians who have ideally worked within food manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or another high-volume manufacturing environment.
You’ll ideally have:

• Australian Electrical Licence
• Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, VSDs and automated machinery
• A proactive approach to preventative maintenance
• Strong safety awareness
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
