The Role:
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you’ll be a key member of our operational team, providing strategic support and driving continuous improvement (CI) initiatives that enhance quality across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the National Quality Manager.
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement principles by identifying deficiencies and recommending changes in training, practices, and processes.
  • Lead and facilitate improvement projects to foster a “Right First Time” culture.
  • Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to implement CI initiatives.
  • Deliver training and capability programs, ensuring CI activities are well-documented for organizational learning and sustainable change.
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain customer and business expectations.
  • Oversee product trials to ensure consistent quality standards.
  • Analyze data and lead site-based improvement projects.
  • Implement and maintain effective Non-conforming (NCR) programs.
  • Provide comprehensive training on quality requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement or process improvement roles.
  • Strong background in CI projects.
  • Deep understanding of root cause analysis (RCA) and quality methodologies.
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Strong auditing skills (certification preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
  • A degree in Engineering (highly desirable).
