Lead the Design Function on a Major Utility-Scale Solar, BESS & HV Project

We’re partnering with a leading renewable EPC company delivering a major utility-scale Solar, BESS and HV infrastructure project.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the entire design function, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving key technical and commercial decisions from concept through to construction.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading design delivery across Solar Farms, BESS and HV Substations
Managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and external consultants
Driving design optimisation, constructability and project performance
Influencing project outcomes across cost, programme, quality and safety
Acting as the key interface between engineering, delivery and client stakeholders

We’re looking for someone with:

Utility-scale Solar Farm experience
BESS project delivery experience
HV Substation design experience
Strong grid connection and power systems knowledge
Previous leadership experience within large EPC or infrastructure projects
