About the Role
You will lead the regional commercial strategy across Australia and New Zealand, with full accountability for revenue, profitability and market share.
Sitting as part of the global leadership team, this role will lead a high-performing Sales function while providing indirect oversight across the broader ANZ operation, ensuring alignment across commercial, product, supply chain and marketing.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy, strengthening key customer partnerships and driving a high-performance, accountable culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic growth plan across ANZ
- Own full P&L performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering accountability and performance
- Drive omni-channel go-to-market strategy across retail, distribution and eCommerce
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key retail and channel partners
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver aligned outcomes
- Lead the S&OP process
- Utilise consumer, market and channel insights to inform category and growth strategies
- Champion innovation across product, process and commercial execution
About You
- Proven General Manager or senior commercial leader within consumer goods
- Strong track record of delivering top and bottom-line growth with full P&L ownership
- Experience operating in complex, competitive retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams
- Experience building or scaling eCommerce capability highly regarded
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence across global and cross-functional stakeholders
