Are you a Maintenance Electrician looking for a stable day-shift role with a leading food manufacturer?

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established food manufacturing facility based in Wacol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrician who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and wants strong earning potential through regular overtime.

The Opportunity
You will join an experienced maintenance team responsible for keeping a modern food manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently.

Your role will involve a combination of preventative and reactive maintenance, electrical fault finding, breakdown response and supporting ongoing improvements across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding and breakdown maintenance across production equipment
• Preventative and scheduled maintenance
• Diagnosing electrical faults and minimising production downtime
• Working with motors, sensors, drives, control systems and automated machinery
• Working closely with the mechanical maintenance and production teams
• Responding quickly and effectively to production breakdowns
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• QLD Electrical Licence – Essential
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or industrial manufacturing
• Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with automated production machinery
• PLC experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Strong safety focus and practical problem-solving ability
