We’re recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join an automated FMCG food manufacturing site in Wacol, Brisbane. This is a permanent night shift role offering stability, strong work life balance, and the chance to work on high-speed production equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to Electrician on nights, keeping the plant running smoothly and jumping on breakdowns and working through preventative maintenance. The work is hands-on, technical, and varied — ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and problem-solving.

• Fault-finding on automated, high-speed production lines
• Breakdown response and preventative maintenance
• Working with PLCs, VSDs, motors, sensors, and control systems
• Improving reliability and reducing downtime
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, OH&S, and compliance

Your background 

• Electrical Work Licence (QLD)
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
• Strong fault-finding ability in automated environments – PLC experience 
• Safety-focused, switched-on, and takes pride in their work
