Maintenance Electrician | FMCG Manufacturing | $52/hr + Penalties + OT + Super

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to work within a highly automated processing facility. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate, a rotating day and afternoon shift roster, and the chance to work alongside a large team of skilled tradespeople.

• $52.00 per hour + applicable penalties
• Full-time hours (40 hours per week)
• 10-hour shifts
• Rotating Day & Afternoon roster (week about)

Roster The maintenance team operates across two rotating shifts:
Day Shift

• 4:00am to 2:30pm

Afternoon Shift

• 2:30pm to 1:00am

Shifts rotate weekly between days and afternoons.
The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Electrical breakdown and fault-finding across production equipment
• Planned and preventative maintenance activities
• PLC fault finding and troubleshooting
• Electrical installations and project work
• Ensuring equipment reliability and uptime
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and food manufacturing standards

About You To be successful, you will possess:

• Current Electrical Licence
• Experience in FMCG, food processing, manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Exposure to automated production equipment
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
