Location: Wacol 
Roster: 4 on / 4 off rotating

• 2× AM: 4:15am – 2:15pm
• 2× PM: 1:45pm – 11:45pm Pay: $51.09/hr (all‑inclusive rate for every shift — AM, PM, weekends) Extras: $20 weekly tool allowance + $200 weekly bonus when production hits 95%+ Type: Permanent, full‑time (38 hrs/week)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on food‑grade production equipment
• Preventative maintenance and breakdown response
• Metal and steel fabrication (including TIG)
• Supporting production teams to maintain uptime and efficiency
• Working within strict food safety and site compliance standards

🎓 What You’ll Need

• Cert III Engineering – Mechanical / Fitter & Turner (minimum)
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG (food highly regarded)
• TIG welding / metal fabrication skills
• LF forklift licence (advantageous, not essential)
• Valid driver’s licence + reliable transport
• Permanent working rights (citizen or PR only)
