Job Title: Maintenance Fitter – Food Manufacturing
Location: Mildura
Roster: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Accommodation Provided During Work Week but won’t be provided when you aren’t working) 
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + super

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team at a well-established food manufacturing facility in regional Victoria. This role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, providing an excellent work-life balance while working within a modern production environment.
During your 7-day shift block, accommodation will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based in Melbourne or other locations who are open to working regionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with food safety and OH&S standards

About You

• Trade qualified Fitter / Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
• Strong troubleshooting and fault finding skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
