About the Role
This is a newly created leadership position within the project delivery function, providing oversight, support and challenge across a portfolio of complex projects.
The role will suit an experienced project delivery professional who understands what strong project execution looks like and can work closely with Project Managers and Site Leaders to improve performance, manage risk and drive better commercial outcomes.

What your responsible for: 

• Monitoring programme, cost, commercial exposure, safety, quality and project risk across multiple projects.
• Identifying emerging delivery issues and developing practical mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Strengthening project governance, controls and reporting to improve visibility and accountability.
• Working closely with Commercial teams to identify contractual, milestones, notices, variations, delays and potential exposure.
• Translating contractual requirements into practical actions for Project Managers and site teams.
• Working collaboratively across Engineering, HSE, Commercial, Procurement and Finance to resolve complex project issues.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have proven project delivery leadership across renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, utilities or EPC environments.
• Experience overseeing complex, concurrent projects with strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Strong understanding of programme, cost, forecasting, risk and project governance.
• Proven ability to turn around projects facing programme, cost or commercial challenges.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge when required.
• A pragmatic, hands on approach to improving project delivery, systems and processes.
